i missed out on breakfast :\ i was in too much rush to get out the door and totally forgot to pick up a yummy bar. i was starving all morning! so after 1st grade i rushed home and the boyfriend and i walked over to jersey mikes subs. my guilty pleasure! you can see where i live in the upper right hand corner :] i got a mini #3 the american classic : whole wheat bread, hamprovolone. and had it done mikes way minus onions: lettuce, tomatoes, oilvinegar, salt & pepper, and some oregano, plus a little mayo. i finished 3/4 of the sandwich. it was yummy but a couple hours later it didn't agree so well with my tummy :\ the rest of the day was spent laying out by the pool studying for my chemistry midterm tomorrow! it got up into the high 70s low 80s today! it was lovely.

after soaking it up in the sun i made myself a refreshing drink. simply orange juice mixed with some pom wonderful! it was absolutely delicious! and then a little later i went for a run at our apartments gym. now that its getting warmer outside, i am going to be stuck running inside. there is no way i can run in the 80s-100s. its too hot for me. luckily when i go home to california for the summer in a couple of months i can run on the beach :] i am excited for that! i also shredded it up with jillian. i am not getting as sore anymore. but i am still working up a good sweat! 

after more studying i cooked dinner. tonight's entree was chicken parmesan. i dipped the chicken into an egg white with some cornstarch, then dipped it into focaccia bread crumbs. then i pan fried one side then flipped it over and stuck it in the oven for about 10 minutes. then added some natures own marinara sauce and some shredded mozzarella cheese. and then on the side we had some steamed carrots. a very easy and quick dinner. 

after dinner the boyfriend wanted some mojo yogurt. he is addicted to making his own smoothies! if he had it his way would be going there every other day! i had to limit him to once a week. lol. my cup was filled with tart pomegranate planet and a little bit of their tart passion fruit bliss. and then some sliced strawberries and kiwis and pomegranate seeds. i think i got too much because half way through i was so stuffed. so i gave the rest to the boyfriend who devoured it. 

now its time to do a little bit more studying for my final tomorrow. wish me luck!
